Professional Accomplishments
I am an estate planning law attorney, a graduate from Purdue University and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council and the Chicago Bar Association.
My entire career has been focused on the field of estate planning, giving me an in-depth knowledge and understanding of trust and estate law solutions. Prior to starting my own estate planning law practice, I spent 15 years administering trusts and estates for three of Chicago’s largest trust departments. During this time, I represented clients with net worths ranging from $50,000 to $50,000,000.
Personal Insight
Along with my wife, Molly, I am a lifelong resident of Oak Park. We have been together for over 20 years and have a 6 year old son Jack, who has autism. We are active in the Autism community and are members of various local and national organziations supporting special needs children. Being a parent of a child with autism gives me an appreciation and understanding of children with special needs.
My experience, both personal and professional, enables me to ask the right questions, make practical recommendations and provide effective solutions for each client's estate planning and trust administration needs.
